By Road:

From either North (Chester) or South (Welshpool) on the A483, or from the East (Shrewsbury) on the A5 approach the Llynclys crossroads . At the crossroads turn west onto the A495 (signposted Lake Vyrnwy and Bala, among others). Where the road forks take the right fork (straight ahead in effect) on to the B4396. Carry on to Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant. Go through village centre and turn right at Waterfall Street (signposted for the waterfall). Eirianfa is on the right hand side as the road starts to rise.

By Rail:

The nearest railway station is Gobowen just outside Oswestry. There are regular Arriva Wales trains from Birmingham, Shrewsbury and Chester. A taxi from the station should cost approximately £17 - £20. We may be able to order a taxi for you - please ask.
