Eirianfa (say Eye - Ree - An - Va) is translated in to English as "beautiful place". We think that is very appropriate for this lovely old house which looks out across the village of Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant.

We bought Eirianfa in 2007 with a dream of enjoying a better life in the country and of setting up the kind of bed and breakfast we'd like to stay in ourselves: where there is always a warm welcome; the beds are comfy and breakfast is tasty; where corners aren't cut, nothing is too much trouble and there's always a piece of cake and a cup of tea on the go. And happily both bits of that dream have now come true. It is a lovely place to be at all seasons and we're very glad to be sharing what we have here with our guests.

Breakfast at Eirianfa is whatever you want it to be - from a glass of juice, fruit and a bowl of muesli to the full cooked breakfast. Meals are served in the sunny dining room with its lovely view over the garden and the village.
