1. We require a deposit of £25 per room. Please make cheques payable to Eirianfa or telephone us to make a card payment. You may also pay by PayPal - click on the website link. Deposit payments should be received by us no later than two weeks before the start of your stay, or as soon as possible following your booking if this is less than two weeks before your stay. The full balance is payable on checking out
2. Please let us know as soon as possible if it becomes necessary for you to cancel your reservation. In the event of cancellation the deposit is refundable only if we are able to re-let the room. Please note that £1.10, per room deposit will be deducted from PayPal refunds  
3. Guests are welcome to arrive any time from 3.30pm, but are asked to estimate their arrival time. If your estimated arrival time changes significantly, please inform us as soon as possible
4. Guests are asked to check out by 11am
5. Guests are asked to inform us immediately of any breakage, spillage or other damage, so that we can clean it up or repair it. Failure to inform us will result in a charge being made for damage subsequently found
6. Item(s) taken from the room(s) without consent will be charged for
7. Eirianfa is a no smoking establishment. Smoking is not allowed in any room under any circumstances. A charge for cleaning the room(s) will be made if smoking has taken place
8. Dogs and other pets are welcome at Eirianfa by prior arrangement. Current or potential guests will be informed if a pet is staying. We reserve the right to ask a dog and owner to leave if the dog's behaviour is unacceptable to us or other guests
9. If it becomes necessary to ask a guest to leave, for whatever reason, full payment for the reservation will be requested.

Disability Statement

The house is situated at the edge of the village, approximately five minutes walk in to the centre.

There is lighting on the front of the house and in the entrance porch.

The house driveway is very steep. Cars may be parked at the top of the drive, enabling passengers to exit very close to the front door or in the car parking area at the bottom, to the left of the entrance.

 The entrance to the house is via two shallow steps. The entrance hall has a non-slip mat on a tiled floor.

The breakfast/dining room and the guest lounge are both situated on the ground floor at the front of the house.

All guest bedrooms are on the first floor. The stairs are normal risers, totalling 17 carpeted steps, and there is a banister rail.

All bedrooms are carpeted. All television sets are remote controlled. We use non-feather hypo-allergenic pillows only. Beds are made with a top sheet and duvet. Sheets and blankets are available on request. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with shower cubicles approximately 76cm x 76cm. Shower cubicles have non-slip bases and additional non-slip mats are provided. The shower rooms have cushioned flooring.

Both artificial and natural light are good.

The house is not suitable for wheel chair users.
