Terms and Conditions

1. We ask for debit or credit card details to secure your reservation. No deposit will be taken and no charge will be made for cancellations made over 48 hours before the start of the intended stay

2. Please let us know as soon as possible if it becomes necessary for you to cancel your reservation. In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of the stay the cost of one night’s accommodation will be charged to your debit or credit card

3. Debit and credit card details are destroyed immediately after your stay or after any charges have been made

4. Guests are welcome to arrive any time from 4pm, but are asked to estimate their arrival time. If your estimated arrival time changes significantly, please inform us as soon as possible

5. Guests are asked to check out by 11am

6. Guests are asked to inform us immediately of any breakage, spillage or other damage, so that we can clean it up or repair it. Failure to inform us will result in a charge being made for damage subsequently found

7. Item(s) taken from the room(s) without consent will be charged for

8. Eirianfa is a no smoking establishment. Smoking is not allowed in any room under any circumstances. A charge for cleaning the room(s) will be made if smoking has taken place

9. Dogs and other pets are welcome at Eirianfa by prior arrangement. We reserve the right to ask a dog and owner to leave if the dog’s behaviour is unacceptable to us or other guest

10. If it becomes necessary to ask a guest to leave, for whatever reason, full payment for the reservation will be requested.
