Access Statement

The house is situated at the edge of the village, approximately five minutes walk in to the centre. There is lighting on the front of the house and in the entrance porch.

The house driveway is fairly steep. Cars may be parked at the top of the drive, enabling passengers to exit very close to the front door, or in the car parking area at the bottom, to the left of the entrance to the drive.

The entrance to the house is via two shallow steps. The entrance hall has a non-slip mat on a tiled floor.

The breakfast/dining room and the guest lounge are both situated on the ground floor at the front of the house.

All guest bedrooms are on the first floor. The steps are normal risers, totalling 17 steps, which are carpeted, there is a banister rail.

All bedrooms are carpeted. All television sets are remote controlled. We use non-feather hypo- allergenic pillows only. Beds are made with a duvet. Sheet sand blankets are available on request.

All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with shower cubicles. Shower cubicles have non-slip bases and additional non-slip mats are provided. The shower rooms have cushion flooring.

Both artificial and natural light are good. The house is not suitable for wheel chair users.
